Yep, I'm back again and now living in the centre of Preston!
So what have I been up to running wise, well after what could only be described as a piss poor performance by myself during spring (barely running but enjoying some time off), I've found myself a new route close to where I live.
The route goes down the Preston/Lancaster canal and is perfect for those running experiaces.
Times are all a bit slow currently, and I'm only at 8k but with luck and practice (and a lot of running), I'll soon be back upto speed and distance
